Consignor Fee Schedule

Account setup fee $15

  • All new accounts will be charged a $15 set up fee. 

Annual Account Tax Fee $25 

  • All accounts that have an annual sales volume of $600 and over will be charged a $25 accountant fee as you will be receiving a 1099 form. 

Appointment no show fee $25 per incident. 

  • Missed appointments are a loss for everyone. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an existing appointment. A new appointment will not be granted until said fine is paid for. While we understand things happen, and extenuating circumstances prevent you from keeping your appointment, this is a business and missed appointments affect our sales revenue. We have a 3 strikes your out type policy. The first one you will receive a reminder of our cancellation policy. Three 3 no call, no show appointments will result in your dismissal. 

CC Processing Fees – 3.25%.

  • All items purchased by credit card will be charged a 3.25% fee.

Consignor Access Computer System Maintenance Fee – $5 month.  

  • Only applied to those accounts that have sales. This is to cover the cost of the computer system which is our client database, point of sale, printing and tag costs.

Luxury Brand Authentication Fee $25 per item. 

  • We will not sell a luxury brand handbag without it being authenticated. If you are unable to provide us with authentication papers, we will provide them for you at $25 per item, which will be charged to you on drop off. Please refer to the Counterfeit Merchandise fine as this will also apply if your item turns out to be fake.

Counterfeit Merchandise fine – $25 per item. 

  • We take counterfeit merchandise very seriously as selling fake merchandise is illegal and can lead to revocation of our business license. All counterfeit items brought into our store will be destroyed and will not be returned to you under any circumstance. If you bring us demo speech ideas counterfeit merchandise, claiming it to be authentic and it sells but turns out to be a fake, you will be responsible for all of our legal fees. No exceptions. Good rule of thumb regarding this policy is; if you’re not sure, leave it at home. 

For all Outstanding Fines & Fees 

  • When your account is charged a fine or fee, it will be placed on your account (with the acceptation of the authentication fee that is charged upon drop-off) and will be deducted from your earnings. 

Thank you to all of you for understanding and supporting my small business that choose to remain consignors. We understand this is not ideal to all of you as it’s a big change for all of us. We also understand if you choose to no longer consign with us and wish you the best of luck on your consignment journey should you choose to go elsewhere.

If you do choose to remove yourself as a consignor and wish to terminate your contract, please send and email to Genn to request termination of your account.
