COVID-19 Consignor Updates
Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, and the effects it has had on business, we have some updates and temporary changes to our consignor agreements along with some frequently asked questions answered.
RE CONSIGNMENT PERIODS AND EXPIRATION DATES
All items in consignment that did not expire PRIOR to 3/15/20, will be granted an extension on their expiration date.
RE CONSIGNOR ACCOUNTS ONLINE
Consignor accounts are up and running online. If you experience any issues please email us.
RE CONSIGNOR APPOINTMENTS
All consignors will be required an appointment to drop off merchandise. All items must be freshly laundered. We will under no circumstances accept clothing that is not. Items will be placed in a holding room for 72 hours before it is processed and placed on the floor.
RE Consignor Payments
Payments normally take approximately 30 days to process. They always take longer during tax and holiday season and you can now add pandemic to that list for obvious reasons.
RE New Consignors
We are not accepting new consignors at this time.
We know this is a very difficult time for everyone, as it us for us. We ask that you have more patience than usual while we work through things on our side as we are adjusting to this new normal.
